Welcome to Praya Events, powered by Praya Labs. By registering for or participating in any Praya Labs event, workshop, or technical session, you agree to the following terms:

1. Registration and Entry Passes

Each registered attendee receives a unique digital registration pass and cryptographic check-in QR code. Passholders must present valid identification and their digital or printed QR pass at the event check-in desk.

2. Event Schedule & Curriculum

Praya Labs reserves the right to make necessary adjustments to event sessions, keynote speakers, or schedules due to unforeseen logistical requirements. Attendees will be notified promptly of any material schedule modifications.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Registration fees for paid workshops are refundable up to 48 hours before the scheduled event start time, subject to standard gateway processing fees. Cancellations requested less than 48 hours prior to an event are non-refundable.

4. Code of Conduct & Intellectual Property

Participants are expected to maintain respect, collaboration, and ethical conduct during all hands-on sessions. Workshop materials, presentation assets, and code examples provided by Praya Labs mentors are for personal educational use.
